  • To secure your date, a 20% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required. The remaining balance will be split into two payments, with the final payment due at least 14 days before your event.

  • With our Elton package, you'll receive instant prints right after taking a photo. Our Donna package only digital copies are provided. Regardless of the package you choose, all of your photos can be sent via text and email for easy sharing!

  • Your online gallery will be available within 7 days after your event.

  • We do require a 10'x10' covered area, power outlets and access to WIFI to be fully operational. We'll take care of the rest!

  • We proudly serve the Northeastern, Central, and Southern regions of Florida. A travel fee may apply depending on your location.

  • Reach out with your event details, and we’ll gladly check our availability and provide you with more information about our packages!

  • Our travel fee is a flat rate of $50 for the first 35 miles beyond the 32824 (Orlando) area, with an additional $1.20 per mile (round trip) after that. This charge covers both to and from your event. If your event is within 35 miles of zip code 32824, no travel fee will apply.

  • Our Elton package includes a friendly Media Nineteen team member who will assist your guests with props, prints, and cheerful energy, ensuring your photo booth experience is exciting, seamless, and unforgettable.

    Our Donna package offers a drop-off photo booth experience, so while it doesn't include an on-site attendant, we'll ensure you're comfortable using the booth during setup, so you and your guests can enjoy a smooth experience throughout your event.

  • Yes, we carry insurance coverage of up to $1 million.

  • Absolutely! We love collaborating with your planner and venue to ensure everything runs smoothly. In fact, we prefer it!
